At Black Diamond Equipment, we stand behind our gear and apparel; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
